Agreement

Dear Customer!

Before purchasing from the sribnalavka online store, please read the terms of the agreement.

This text is an agreement between the sribnalavka Online Store represented by Sole Proprietor Magaiskyi O.V. (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) and the service user (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), and defines the terms of purchasing jewelry through the Online Store website.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the moment of placing an order.

1.2. The information published on the Online Store website constitutes an offer to purchase goods and is a public offer under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU). Acceptance is the act of placing an order.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of paying for goods may make a purchase.

1.5. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine upon delivery or via bank transfer.

2. Product information

2.1. Products are presented in the catalog as photo samples owned by the Online Store.

2.2. Each product photo includes additional information: article number, description, and price.

2.3. If information is insufficient, the manager provides it via phone or email.

2.4. Prices on the website may be changed unilaterally by the Online Store.

2.5. If the price changes after ordering, the Buyer is informed for confirmation or cancellation. If unreachable, the order is automatically canceled.

3. Ordering procedure

3.1. Orders can be placed via website, phone, email, or social media.

3.2. The Buyer may order any quantity of goods.

3.3. If an item is unavailable, the Buyer is informed.

3.4. The Buyer may replace or cancel an unavailable item.

3.5. The Buyer may cancel the order before dispatch.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta (branch or courier).

4.2. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

4.3. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt.

4.4. Payment confirms acceptance of the goods.

4.5. If the Buyer refuses the order upon delivery, return shipping is covered by the Online Store.

4.6. The Buyer does not pay return costs in case of defective or incorrect goods.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment is made by bank transfer or upon receipt.

5.2. Prepayment must be made within 3 business days.

5.3. If payment is not received, the order may be canceled.

6. Returns of proper quality goods

6.1. The Buyer may refuse goods upon receipt.

6.2. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and packaging is preserved.

6.3. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

6.4. Refund is issued minus delivery costs.

7. Warranty service

7.1. Warranty period is 18 months. In case of defect, repair is provided free of charge if it is a warranty case.

7.2. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.

8. Other provisions

8.1. The Online Store may change product assortment and availability at its discretion.

8.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
