Exchange and Returns

According to current legislation, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return*.

* In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” dated May 15, 1991 No. 1023-XII and Appendix No. 3, as well as Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172

However, SRIBNA LAVKA values its customers and offers exchanges for jewelry that does not fit in size or does not meet other specifications.

Exchange is available within 14 days from the date of sale provided that:

  1. The tag and seal are present and intact.
  2. There are no mechanical damages.
  3. The item shows no signs of use.

After receiving the item, 5–7 business days are required to perform analysis, condition inspection, and quality control. After verification, the exchange is processed.

Exchange is also possible for another jewelry model provided that:

  1. The value of the item is not lower than the originally purchased one.
  2. If the selected item is cheaper — the difference is not refunded; if it is more expensive — the difference is covered by the customer.

How to complete an exchange?

  1. Fill out the return form (download form) and include it in the parcel.
  2. Pack and send via Nova Poshta.

Shipping cost is paid by the sender.

Declared value must equal the value of the product.

“Return delivery” and “Cash on delivery” services must be canceled.

Who covers transportation costs?

Transportation costs for exchanges are covered by the buyer, according to the carrier’s tariffs.

If the return is due to a store manager’s mistake, transportation costs are covered by the online store.
