Free warranty service is available if:
- The rules for using jewelry products have not been violated.
- The jewelry tag is intact and undamaged (must be attached to the product).
(Repair time: 7–30 days. Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta at the expense of SRIBNA LAVKA.)
Exchange and Returns
According to current legislation, jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return.
* In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” dated May 15, 1991 No. 1023-XII and Appendix No. 3, as well as Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172.
Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of sale provided that:
- the tag and seal are present and intact;
- there are no mechanical damages;
- the item shows no signs of use.
(After receiving the product, 5–7 business days are required for inspection, analysis, and quality control. After verification, the exchange is processed.)
- the value of the item is not lower than the originally purchased one;
- if the selected item is cheaper - the difference is not refunded, if it is more expensive - the difference is covered by the customer.
